However, producing an event is a time-consuming process that takes a level of project management, creativity and problem-solving that you may not have the capacity for when juggling your other responsibilities - like running an organization or raising capital for your next project. When you add the nuances of taking an intentional approach to accessibility, inclusion, sustainability, advocacy and joy, the work becomes even more complex.
This is where Radical Curation comes in - reminding you that doing the right thing doesn’t have to be intimidating or overwhelming. My vision is to provide an excellent experience while disrupting traditional event management practices that are exclusionary, unsustainable and harmful.
